MATERIAL CUTTING DIMENSIONS

Short Cut Services can cut material up to the following sizes in either aluminium or plastic:

  • Cut Diameters from 8mm up to 160mm.
  • Square up to 150mm X 150mm.
  • Section 320mm X 50mm.
  • Lengths cut from 9mm up to 3 meters.
  • Cutting tolerance +/– 0.1mm, subject to length.
  • Mitre cuts from 0 deg./90 deg./0 deg.

We have been experts in our trade since 1973, so are well equipped to handle any of your requirements.

QUICK TURN AROUND

Not only can finished components be collected at any reasonable time, we deliver via national carriers on a 3-day basis. However, urgent requirements can be despatched overnight.

SUBSEQUENT MACHINE

Our expertise means we can offer any subsequent machining operations, such as holes drilled & tapped, slots and cutouts.
